Credential Map Errors Due To PIP Two Point Integration Of CC&B Without MWM or WAM (Doc ID 1316714.1)

Last updated on MAY 04, 2015

Applies to:

Oracle Process Integration Pack for Oracle Utilities Field Work - Version 3.1 and later
Oracle Utilities Mobile Workforce Management - Version 1.5.0 to 2.0 [Release 1.5 to 2.0]
Oracle Utilities Work and Asset Management - Version 1.8.0 to 1.9.0 [Release 1.8 to 1.9]
Information in this document applies to any platform.

During the PIP 3.1 installation, the PIP configuration wizard requires values for the MWM and WAM
server URL fields.  Empty or invalid values entered in these fields when the MWM or WAM integration is not being installed can cause problems with the installation and generate errors during operation.

For example, the following error was found at the end of 'FieldWork.log' after completing the PIP 3.1 Field Work installation without WAM:

[exec] Problem invoking WLST - Traceback (innermost last):
[exec] File "/software/Middleware/AIAFPCONF/pips/FieldWork/DeploymentPlans/Security/", line 13, in ?
[exec] IndexError: index out of range: 11
