Characters Are Being Truncated From Contact--> Comment After AERS 22.214.171.124

On : AERS 4.6.1 version
After upgrading to AERS 126.96.36.199 when a cut/paste from word is done into Contact--> Comment the values are being truncated .
From the front end when a paste is done it appears that the case is saved but upon reopening the values are not all saved.
Truncation is also appearing from the backend comment_text column in table ec_contact_log.
