Unable To Update The Profile Switches From Within The Insight Application (Doc ID 1317795.1)

Symptoms

The system is not showing the saved changes for the profile switches

Steps to Repeat:
1. Login to Insight
2. Go to Tools|List Maintenance|Profile Switches
3. Click on Reporting Tool
4. Click on Modify
5. Change value from BOXI to COGNOS8 and click on OK
6. Click on Reporting Tool and click on Modify
7. Observe that it still shows as BOXI even though the value is correctly stored in the database
