A Merchandise Hierarchy deleted in Retail Merchandising System (RMS) is not deleted in Store Inventory Management (SIM).

Steps to Reproduce:

   1. Log in to RMS.
   2. Delete a Subclass/Class/Dept.
   3. The MerchHierarchy remove message flows to SIM, and as a result the RIB_DELETE_FLAG is set to 'Y' in RK_HIERARCHY table.
   4. Log in to SIM.  Even after the Dept/Class/Subclass is deleted, the dropdown in the Item Lookup screen still shows the deleted hierarchy element.
   5. Note that the Unique Identification Number (UIN) Attributes screen still displays the deleted merchandise hierarchy for maintenance.
