Set_discount_status Does Not Change The Purchased_discount Status (Doc ID 1318490.1)

Symptoms

Set_discount_status does not change the Purchased_discount status.
The issue seems to occur systematically through web service, however when one used to call the set_discount_status alone with testnap, the status is correctly modified.

The PCM_OP_SUBSCRIPTION_SET_DISCOUNT_STATUS opcode is used to change the discount status which is as shown below.

Even after the discount status is changed to Inactive, customer is not seeing the discount being inactive.
