QL lists fail validation with stem tail, LST . To reproduce the issue, follow these steps:

Log into EIP
-Click on Tool and Utilities
-Click on Lists
-Click on add at the top of the screen
-Change type to Query
-Click on the ellipse next to query
-Copy and paste the following query

SELECT x.UIDMTRDATAREAD, x.STARTREADTIME, x.STOPREADTIME, x.STOPVAL, x.STARTVAL, x.TOTALVAL FROM (SELECT R.UIDMTRDATAREAD, R.STARTREADTIME, R.STOPREADTIME, R.STOPVAL, R.STARTVAL, R.TOTALVAL FROM ##Q.LSMDMTRDATAREAD R WHERE R.UIDMTRDATACHANNEL = ##P.LST.UIDMTRDATACHANNEL AND R.UIDUSAGETYPE = 1 AND R.UIDREADSTATUS <> 3 AND R.ESTIMATED = ##P.LST.ESTFLG order by 1 desc) x where rownum <= ##P.UPPER_LIMIT

-Click Validate and you should see the validation failure.
-If you remove the LST. from the query it will validate successfully, this is a change from the previous version 1.6.1.1 .
