Problem In Rating Special Number (905) In BRM

When the customer dials to Turkey (Ex: 009052314534, +9052314534), pipeline customization logic will process the CDRs and removes 00/+ and send 9052314534 to BRM for authorization and rating. Since the country code 905 matches with Turkey ISD code it is charging as per the configuration.
For some cases we are receiving 905 as input to BRM (for special number) from network. We are charging it as per Turkey country, since the input coming to BRM is 905.
Can you suggest any workaround to overcome this problem ?
