Symptoms

The following errors are noted in the RelsysWindowsService.Clear_logs.log file:

DD-MON-YYYY, hh:mm:ss:sss, [1], Exception DetailsMessage
Could not load file or assembly 'ClearLogs' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.
