Partial Number Rating Logic In AAA Or BRM (Doc ID 1319280.1)

Question 1
On using AAA diameter to process Diameter messages, Network is sending Partial numbers . e.g. 1 to BRM and BRM is rating it as XX destination number.

Would like to know whether this behavior is correct .Can BRM handle that b-number as invalid or partial?

Question 2
In AAA diameter how is start time ,end time and Duration/Quantity computed from Diameter messages?
i.e which fields are mapped to EDR or what is default functionality?
