Mail Disappears While Moving Folders Between Partitions (Doc ID 1319423.1)

Symptoms

User trying to delete a message from his INBOX sees the IMAP client hang for longer than normal and then all mail seems to have disappeared.

Changes

The system administrator is moving users' mailboxes from one message store partition to another using:

mboxutil -r user/<userid>/INBOX user/<userid>/INBOX <new-partition-name>
