Goal
Whenever a message is excluded in To Do Type, if a process attempts to create a To Do with that specific message, the system will not allow to create it.
If the To Do is created by a CM (script) algorithm that was plugged in the PROC status of a Case, the To Do is not created, as the system prevents it, and the Case is stopped from transitioning.
It there a solution so the system only stops the To Do creation but allows the Case transition when the Processed button is pressed?
