Exported MAPE Values in MSD_DP_SCN_ENTRIES_DENORM Table do not Match the MAPE Values in Demantra (Doc ID 1320213.1)

Symptoms

On Demantra version 7.3.0 integrated with EBS/VCP version 11.5.10.2:

The MAPE uploaded from Demantra to MSD_DP_SCN_ENTRIES_DENORM table in VCP instance is in decimals (ex 0.1) instead of percentage. This causes huge inventory shortages.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect Demantra to upload the value as percentage.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in to Workflow Manager.
2. Execute the EBS Upload Local Forecast workflow.
3. Review the data in the MSD_DP_SCN_ENTRIES_DENORM table.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Causes the safety stock levels calculated during Inventory Optimization plan run to be too low causing a shortage.
