Symptoms
Unable to assign "Read Only" Security Permissions to a User/Group in the MetaSolv Solution GUI. The purpose is to make the Label and Values in PSR==>Services tab as "Read Only". Updating Security Permissions w_service_order ==> tab_services.tabpage_values.dw_1 selecting value "Read Only" and the changes are not effective for the user. If the update is a value of "Disabled" for the same group then it disables the Label and Value window and the user is not able to scroll down and see the label values of the order.
