"Customer Service Not Found (In getItemPoidList, could not find service)" Error With System Products (Doc ID 1320725.1)

Symptoms

The user has applied BRM 7.4 Patchset 8 (PS8). While rating with system products, there was this "Customer Service not found (In getItemPoidList, could not find service)" error. Observed that PURCHASED_PRODUCT block is getting populated with Incorrect/Null values.

Stream log:
