Submitting An Order Failed Due to a Database Error

When submitting a Work Order to the JSRP, the WO failed with following error:
uteThread: '0' for queue: 'weblogic.kernel.Default (self-tuning)'>
on: Failed to submit work order <WO_ID>, due to a database error>
We set the following configurations in the ejb-jar.xml in srp.jar:
By default, they are 'false'.
set INCLUDE_SERVICE_ACTION_DETAIL and USE_ORIGINAL_INSTANCE_NUMBER to false
