Submitting An Order Failed Due to a Database Error (Doc ID 1320746.1)

Symptoms

When submitting a WorkOrder to the  JSRP, the WO failed with following error:

We set the following configurations in the ejb-jar.xml in srp.jar:

 

By default, they are 'false'.

WORKAROUND
===========
set INCLUDE_SERVICE_ACTION_DETAIL and USE_ORIGINAL_INSTANCE_NUMBER to false
