Symptoms


OCA client failed to login.

<span class="sBugInternalContent"> root element is required in a well-formed document".</span> <span class="sBugInternalContent">Error seen in Windows (Thick) OCA Client is:</span> <span class="sBugInternalContent"> "Failed to initialize session, reason: org.xml.sax.SAXParseException: </span>
<span class="sBugInternalContent">Premature end of file"</span>
