Unable To Get Attachment Files Without Extension From Agile Web Client Using Microsoft Internet Explorer.

When trying to get a file that was checked in without a file extension the file cannot be downloaded with the web client
ether using the "Get" button or hyperlink of file name.

Getting the same file in the java client works as expected.

Expect to be able to download all files checked in to Agile with web client.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to the web client
2. Add a file without an extension to the attachment tab of for example an item
3. Click on the hyperlink of file name or select the record and hit the "Get" button to download the file.
