Is It Possible To Modify Header Tag Of The XML GL Report (Doc ID 1321483.1)

When we run pin_ledger_report in export mode to generate an XML report, the header part contains a tag like below :

<GeneralLedgerReport targetNamespace="http://www.portal.com/schemas/GLSync" xmlns="http://www.portal.com/schemas/GLSync" xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance" xsi:schemaLocation="http://www.portal.com/schemas/GLSync brm_gl_data.xsd">


Is it possible to generate the xml in such a way that the above tag just looks like below, that is, without the additional elements:

<GeneralLedgerReport>



A business scenario might need such a modification to feed this XML report to an external system which works well with the latter and not the former.
