Dm_oracle Seems To Re-Connect After 15 Min. Of No Activity - Fails Using Ldap Failover. (Doc ID 1321506.1)

dm_oracle seems to re-connect after 15 min. of no activity - it fails using LDAP failover.

What happens is:
On first try to connect:
• The failover seems to be working fine
• Tries to use the 1st OID: msphupvoid5:3016 => failed
• Then tries to use the 2nd OID: msplgpdb1oid4:3016 => succeed.

Later on (see in Bold below or at the end of the enclosed file):
• After 15 min. without activities, it seems that sqlnet tries to (re)connect again
• This time, sqlnet tries 3 times with the 1st OID !
• This is actually the issue - on reconnect, there's no failover - at least it should try to reconnect to the 2nd OID which worked initially
