Goal

Outlook provides some controls over mail removal via "Purge" features.  For Outlook's IMAP accounts, purge uses IMAP EXPUNGE.

Outlook allows users some choices about how Purge works.

Outlook Connector uses a separate IMAP implementation, so the support for controlling IMAP EXPUNGE is different than in Outlook.
