Goal
The Graphic Patient Data Report / Blank Casebook report completes with the 'RS_FAILURE' status and reports the following error in the log file after applying iPatches 4.5.3.25 / 4.5.3.22 :
MSG MSG-00005: Report generation failed. Some CRF(s) could not be generated due to an internal problem with the definition of DCM(s)<CELL_COUNT,CELL_COUNT,CELL_COUNT,UNSCHEDULED,CELL_COUNT,UNSCHEDULED,CELL_COUNT>.
Contact Oracle Support to obtain the Find and Fix scripts associated with Bug 9240260. To fix the problem, you must execute the Find and Fix scripts and then regenerate the report.
