Cannot Select Default Relationship Manager in Application Preferences for Pricing Management (Doc ID 1322006.1)

Symptoms

After installing Oracle Financial Services Pricing Management (TPOL) 5.2.2, when you go to setup the "Application Preferences", you cannot select a "Default Relationship Manager" value.  The list of values button is disabled / greyed out. 

If you select "ALL USER", you cannot check the "Is Editable" box and save because you get a message stating that you must select a Default Relationship Manager.

Relationship Manager dimension values do exist in the tables DIM_RELATIONSHIP_MANAGER_B and DIM_RELATIONSHIP_MANAGER_TL.

Note: If no values exist in the tables above, see <> "Relationsip Manager Dimension Not Listed When Adding a New Dimension Member".

Steps to Reproduce:
  1. Go to Pricing Management
  2. Go to PM Maintenance > Application Preferences
  3. Select Show Preferences for ALL USER
  4. Try to select a Default Relationship Manager
The list of values window does not open.
