Relationship Manager Dimension Not Listed When Adding a New Dimension Member (Doc ID 1322018.1)

Symptoms

When implementing Oracle Financial Services Pricing Management (TPOL) 5.2.2, in Dimension Management < Members, you cannot add a new Member to the Relationship Manager dimension.  When you click on the "Add" button, Relationship Manager does not exist in the "Dimension" drop down list.  It is missing.

No rows exist in DIM_RELATIONSHIP_MANAGER_B and DIM_RELATIONSHIP_MANAGER_TL.

As a result, you cannot select a default Relationship Manager in Application Preferences.
