TSP Field Of LSR Preview (Doc ID 1322088.1)

Symptoms

 TSP field in  LSR preview is replacing the 11th digit with another dash, preventing users from sending their orders electronically. 

They have to submit them manually via the LECs web site, fax or e-mail.
