500 Server Internal Error Occurs When The Called Party Does Not Answer The Callee (Doc ID 1322377.1)

A party (Callee) calls B party (Called), B party does not pick up the phone (no answer). In the service's log everything looks fine, but in the trace capture there is a 500 Server Internal Error message.
