Issue With Objectel Adapter (Doc ID 1322581.1)

Symptoms

Customer is getting following exception for VF rules configured in OSM if Objectel server is down


"Unknown response [LegacyLookups:CallGetPEInterfaceValue.Response] received using instance using adapter com.mslv.oms.view.rule.adapter.ObjectelAdapter"


As a result OSM is unable to absorb the data it was trying to fetch from Objectel. Restarting the OSM weblogic server and Objectel weblogic server, or refreshing the queues usually gets rid of this issue temporarily.
