SystemError.ERR_SessionTimedout when using the ojdl to connect to IPSA (Doc ID 1322634.1)

Symptoms

When the user has created a java class to connect into IPSA using the ojdl, after the connection is open and stays idle for some time, sometimes the user will see the following exception when trying a new interaction:

com.mslv.osa.ojdl.eom.EomOimException:
SystemError.ERR_SessionTimedout: The session has timed out
