OCCAS Encounters ConcurrentModificationException When Trying To Send The SIP Message (Doc ID 1322916.1)

Symptoms

SIP traffic is not passing though UDP sockets,and sip channel goes into an infinite loop trying to close UDP sockets. It recovers after long periods of time causing severe service interruption. Following socket error was observed.
