How is the GRCI 2.0.1 Execute_Load.sql Script Automatically Scheduled? (Doc ID 1323066.1)

Symptoms

GRCI 2.0.1 schema does not automatically refresh from new content entered in the GRCM 7.8 schema.
You have to manually run the Execute_Load.sql to move the new content from GRCM to GRCI.
Is there a way to automate this process?
