=== ODM Issue Clarification ===
NI is giving discrepency even if the data is exactly same in both Network side and Inventory side for a shelf having multiple cards. i.e shelf=0/slot=0/frontcard and shelf=0/slot=0/backcard.

Steps to reproduce
Loaded MTOSI into Netwrok Directory.
After reconciliation copy and paste the data from Network window  into Inventory window next time after reconciliation we are getting discrepancy even both side data is exactly same.
