Goal

In following the OSM 7.0.2 docs , regarding the localization of OSM , and after localizing the XML files and compressing into omsmodel_I10n.jar , for next step , I have one question. Why do I need to drop the existing schemas from the database and reinstall it, so that the localization will be applied?
