Applies to:

Oracle Public Sector Revenue Management - Version 2.1.5 and later
Oracle Financial Services Revenue Management and Billing - Version DNU2.2.0 and later
Oracle Utilities Business Intelligence - Version DNU2.2.1 and later
Oracle Utilities Framework - Version and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

In this example the customer is using TUGBU product CC&B.  This also applies to ETPM, BI, and RMB.

We are currently using Apache Web Server / Siteminder Agent combination to authenticate users from our AD servers. I don't see Apache as a certified product combination for CC&B 2.3.1 in the install guide. Please let us know if this combination is supported and certified by Oracle.

Apache is being used here with load balancer and AD. We should be able to use Apache with combination. Even though you are not going to certify the third party authentication mechanisms, do you consider this as valid architecture?
