PIN_REL Stopped With Unique Constraint Violated On Table REL_SUB_PROCESSES_T (Doc ID 1324036.1)

Symptoms

pin_rel stopped with unique constraint violated on table rel_sub_processes_t. The rating process is also stopped because it will not start until there are files to load to the database.

We tried pin_rel -override <file> to load the same file. Error shows:
