In Oracle Financial Services Asset Liability Management (ALM) 5.1 or higher, when you run a Dynamic Deterministic process against new business that is assigned a floating Adjustable Type (50), the cash flow engine is not repricing the floating rate products.  Their rate remains fixed / flat.

In Product Characteristics, in the New Business tab, Adjustable Type is set to Floating Rate.  For floating rate products, the interest rate should reprice when the rate on the interest rate curve changes.  While the existing business records are repricing correctly, the new business records do not reprice when the rate changes.

Steps to Reproduce:
  1. Go to Asset Liability Management
  2. Go to Assumption Specification > Product Characteristics
  3. Define a Product Characteristics rule with Adjustable Type = Floating Rate in addition to other new business rules (Forecast Balance, Maturity Mix, etc.)
  4. Go to ALM Process > Dynamic Process > Dynamic Deterministic
  5. Run an ALM Process with the Floating Rate Product Characteristics
The floating rate new business products do not reprice.
