Symptoms

Records are not being clearing from the Notification Upload Staging Exception table (CI_NT_UP_EXCP) when the Notification Upload Staging record is no longer in error.

Batch job TD-NTUPL creates To Dos for all NUS exceptions and as a result multiple To Dos are being created for the same exceptions despite the fact that the original Notification Upload Staging record has been corrected.
