CSDLs Not Being Generated For Some Orders In ASAP (Doc ID 1324318.1)

Symptoms

There are some random work orders for which CSDLs are not being generated, there are no entries in tbl_srq_csdl but orders are successful wo_stat=104 in tbl_wrk_ord.

On analyzing such orders, we found SRT is executing them but no CSDLs are generated.

On resubmitting such orders, it gets successful and executes properly with CSDL generation.
