Received a "ORA-02292: integrity constraint (ASAP.FK_DL_CO_CA_VA__CO_CA_VA) violated - child record found" error running the 9662059.sql file when upgrading from 6.0.15.b693 to 6.0.15.b745. Below is the error captured in the 9662059.log:
