Missing Sub Control Plan when Opening "Load Sub Control Plan" Node after Database Character Set Change

When editing a Sub Control Plan node in the Network Charging and Control's (NCC) Control Plan Editor (CPE), the drop down list containing control plans names is blank, as shown in the screen shots below:

The following screen shot shows what the Sub Control Plan node should look like when working correctly:

Note: Control plan names have been smudged out.


Change of Oracle database character set from a single-byte character set (e.g. US7ASCII) to a multi-byte Unicode character set (e.g. AL32UTF8).
