Goal

To change or disable notification mails to the Postmaster email account address in Messaging Server.

As explained in RFC 2821, Section 4.5.1, you are required to have a postmaster address for each domain. So disabling the address entirely is not a good idea. But you can control what mail is automatically sent to it.
