The goal of this document is to outline the set of questions that should be answered when submitting a patch request to the AutoVue team. Providing a high level of detail in a patch request makes it easier for the AutoVue Development team to understand the impact of the issue, and typically makes the request process more efficient.

Note: Only Severity-2 bugs are eligible for patch requests. Severity-3 and Severity-4 bugs must go through Oracle's standard scheduling process. For more information regarding the bug severity levels in the context of AutoVue, refer to <Note 1672263.1>



This document applies to those that would be requesting patches for the AutoVue products (typically AutoVue Administrators).
