Symptoms
On Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications Infrastructure (OFSAAI) Version 7.2.8, Weblogic 10.3.4, when attempting to deploy in Weblogic, the following error occurs:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Do fresh install of OFSAAI 7.2.8, AIX 6.1
2. Create two data sources in WebLogic as per Install Manual
3. Attempt to deploy
