Symptoms

On : Demantra 7.3.1 and VCP 12.1.3 version, SOP-Gen

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Customer tried to get the supplier capacity in S&OP from ASCP plan but it is not showing supplier capacity in worksheet.
REQUIRED_SUP_CAP, AVAIL_SUP_STD_CAP and AVAIL_SUP_PREM_CAP field are empty in SUPPLY_PLAN_DATA table.

Staging table biio_other_plan_data has no data for AVAIL_SUP_PREM_CAP, AVAIL_SUP_STD_CAP, REQUIRED_SUP_CAP
Also, there is no data in  apps.MSD_DEM_AVAIL_SUPPLIER_CAP_V and apps.MSD_DEM_REQR_SUPPLIER_CAP_V for the specific plan.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
To have REQUIRED_SUP_CAP, AVAIL_SUP_STD_CAP and AVAIL_SUP_PREM_CAP field populated in SUPPLY_PLAN_DATA table

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Customer tried to get the supplier capacity in S&OP from ASCP plan but it is not showing supplier capacity in worksheet.
The Model is like below,
Finished Good
RK-PEN-M (Make)
-RK-CART-M1 (Buy from Supplier Allied Manufacturing) Components
-RK-CAP-M1 (Buy from Supplier Allied Manufacturing) Components
-RK-HOUSING-M1 (Buy from Supplier Allied Manufacturing) Components
-RK-PKG-M1 (Buy from Supplier Allied Manufacturing) Components

Customer has sourcing rule, BOM set in EBS side.
After running the ASCP plan , customer is getting proper usages of supplier capacity in plan.
Then he run the workflow to get this plan in S&OP and then I run “Download Plan Scenario data” through method.
He got the plan data in Supply_plan_data table. But in the worksheet no supplier capacity is shown. Even in SUPPLY_PLAN_DATA table, REQUIRED_SUP_CAP, AVAIL_SUP_STD_CAP and AVAIL_SUP_PREM_CAP fields are blank.
