RIB Is Unable to Resolve Type "SYS.AQ$_JMS_MESSAGE". (Doc ID 1326072.1)

Symptoms

Occasionally, Retail Integration Bus (RIB) adapters shut down with exceptions such as:

“Unable to resolve type SYS.AQ$_JMS_ MESSAGE”

and/or

“Unable to resolve header SYS.AQ$.”


There is no particular sequence of steps that can reproduce this problem. This exception occurs randomly.

This condition is a known defect in RIB version 13.1.x, reported as such in the RIB Release Notes. The suggested workaround is to restart the RIB OC4J instance, but the frequency of restarts is unacceptable.
