Symptoms
In a real-time rating setup, using AAA-Gateway and DM_Timos, end-user complaints were received that their balance (prepaid) was reducing even without performing any usage. Then by checking if there is any difference between the item_totals and the sub_balance (current_bal), found quite a few mismatches, while they should have been identical.
Scenario :
A sample scenario is; customer has a balance of -0.00087445 EURO and tried to top_up(voucher) for 1 EURO. Customer balance should have been -1.00087445, whereas the customer balances increases to -1.75 EURO.
