Card Number Search in Customer Care Portal (CCP) Dashboard Screen Failed with ORA-01006 (Doc ID 1326849.1)

To open CCP Dashboard screen, login to the Service Management System (SMS) screen and navigate to the following screen:
Services -> CCP Dashboard

Here is an example search panel on the CCP Dashboard screen:

When searching on Card Number and Show Linked Subscribers option is selected, following Java SQL Exception error was thrown:
"ORA-01006: bind variable does not exist"

The available search fields as shown on search panel will depend on how your system has been set up. A maximum of four search fields may be available. This is configurable via SMS -> Services -> Subscriber Profile Manager -> CCP Dashboard Config.

Example search fields are:
• Card Number
• Customer
• Subscriber Id
• Wallet Reference
