Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications Infrastructure (OFSAAI)
Symptoms
On Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA), when attempting to navigate in the OFSAA applications while running large allocations on the server, the pages return very, very slowly and some pages eventually trigger errors like the following:

This is a single tier installation with a remote database.
This issue resolves as soon as Apache is restarted.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run several very large allocations.
2. Attempt to navigate in the Profitability Management application
