Symptoms

In an Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA) environment with a Tomcat web server, you cannot execute processes like the Profitability Management Undo or a Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP) Process.

When you try to execute an "Undo" from Allocation History, the following message appears:

UNDO has failed. Please contact your system
administrator.

When you try to run an FTP Process, the following message appears:

Failed to trigger process. Please try again after some
time. Contact the administrator if this problem persists.

This issue prevents users from running OFSAA processes from the user interface.
