When Order Submitted Via JVT Interface Nothing Logged In Oca CSDL And ASDL History Tab

We observe that the orders that are sent to ASAP using JVT interface are not logging any information in OCA in CSDL history tab and ASDL history tab. It can be observed using the sample provided by ASAP.

Seems that this problem is persisting only for the orders that are sent to ASAP using JVT interface.


1. Go to $ASAP_BASE, start ASAP and Weblogic

2. Submit a workorder using sample JSRPJVT client (interface)

java JSrpJVTClient t3://<>:<>"System.${ENV_ID}.ApplicationType.ServiceActivation.Application.1-0;7-0;ASAP Comp.JVTHome" "System.${ENV_ID}.ApplicationType.ServiceActivation.Application.1-0;7-0;ASAP.
Comp.JVTXHome" <> <>

  2.a Enter the number : 1(createOrderByValue)
  2.b Enter the filename: $ASAP_BASE/samples/jsrp/txt/JVTInput.txt

3. Order will be submitted and completed
For eg: In my environment JVT-POTS-60(WO_ID) completed

4. Now Open the OCA client and search for the WO_ID "JVT-POTS-60"
  4.a You can observe that the CSDL and ASDL History are not being retrieved.
  4.b You can observ that the CSDL sequence number is coming as "zero"
