Symptoms

When attempting to run the step "Takeover" of the Upgrade tool receiving error:
...
Exception in thread "Thread-1" java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: Java heap space
...

Steps to reproduce:
--------------------------------
1. Configure Upgrade tool as described in the Upgrade tool manual
2. Start step takeover
3. Error occurs during takeover depending on the customer dump / table size

Usually following tables are affected:
T_DOC_DAT, T_DOC_HIS, T_FILE_DAT, T_MASTER_DAT, T_MASTER_HIS
