Purpose
The purpose of this trouble-shooting guide is to provide :
- an overview of the 'Secure FTP' approach used to view PSUB .log and .out files
- trouble shooting tips on what to check when experiencing problems
- information on how to debug.
Please note this guide will be using the Putty software as the SFTP software.
